FOSTER — Paul C. Foster, 89, formerly of Cortland, New York, died July 27, 2010, in Groton Residential Care Facility. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave. Interment will be Taylor Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
MYERS — A memorial service for Beverley J. Meyers, of McGraw/Groton, New York, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McGraw United Methodist Church, McGraw.

FEINSTEIN — Frank Feinstein, 93, died July 27, 2010, at the Cortland Regional Nursing Facility in Cortland. A service will be held for family and close friends 1 p.m. Thursday at Wright Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
MARTIN — Dennis C. Martin, of Tarlock, California, formerly of Endwell and Marathon, New York, died July 21, 2010, in Tacoma, Washington. A memorial service will be held in Marathon at a later date.

McKEOWN — a son, John Nicolas, 8 lbs. 1 oz., July 18, 2010, in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, N.Y., to Joshua and Sophie Gavrielides McKeown, 13 Hour Glass Lane, Baldwinsville, N.Y. The mother is a former Cortland resident.

HARRINGTON — Tom “Shoey” Harrington, 83, died Friday, July 23, 2010. Services will be held at Bay Pines VA Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 19. In addition, friends may call at Riccardi Funeral Home in Cortland from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4, with a Roman Catholic Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Cortland on Aug. 5. There will be a reception in the church hall immediately following Mass. Internment at Glenwood Cemetery in Geneva will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 6, with a luncheon immediately following at the American Legion in Geneva.

EATON — Willard “Steve” A. Eaton, 85, of Cincinnatus, New York, died Aug. 15, 2009. A graveside ceremony with military honors will be held at the Union Valley Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Arrangements have been entrusted to the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus.
JOHNSON — Jean Marie Johnson, 59, of Willowbrook Manor, Dryden, New York, died July 24, 2010, at the Hospicare Residence, Ithaca. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main Street, Dryden. Burial will follow in Virgil Rural Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
McCONNELL — Josephine “Jo” Sepe McConnell, formerly of Cortland, New York, died June 16, 2010, in Fair Oaks, California. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Pomeroy Street, Cortland.
MILES — Clara J. Miles, 88, of Cincinnatus, New York, died July 25, 2010, at Lourde’s Hospital, Binghamton. Funeral services will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus at 1 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Homer. There will be no prior calling hours.
SCOTT — Carol (Bartlett) Scott, 80, of Manchester, Connecticut, died July 23, 2010. Funeral services will be private in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
STAFFORD — Genevieve R. Stafford, 94, of Homer, New York, died July 23, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church of Homer. The family will greet friends in the Fellowship Hall following the service. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. at the Glenwood Cemetery, Homer.
STEVENS — Henry A. Stevens, formerly of the Homer and Preble, New York, area, died at his home in Deltona, Florida. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
WALKER — Roland Vern Walker, 59, of West Main Street, Dryden, New York, died July 24, 2010, at the Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main St., Dryden with the Rev. Scott Moseley officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
YACAVONE — Nataleine B. Yacavone, 92, formerly of Cortland, New York, died July 25, 2010, at the Groton Nursing Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Cortland. Prayers of committal will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, also in Cortland. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday prior to Mass in the Chapel of Riccardi Funeral Home, 69 N. Main St., Cortland.
