Cortland: 57 Tompkins: 180 Cayuga: 122

Cortland County reported two new COVID-19 cases Thursday; the number of confirmed cases increased to 57.

In all, 359 cases have been confirmed and four people have died in Cayuga, Tompkins and Cortland counties.

The Cortland County Health Department was monitoring 52 patients; none is hospitalized, although six have been. The Cortland County Health Department has received 9,434 negative test results. Fifty-one people have recovered. The county has reported no deaths.

Tompkins County has no new cases reported Wednesday, the last figures posed by the state Health Department, when there were 180 total confirmed cases. A total of 17,960 people were tested, the county reported. Two people have died.

Cayuga County had two new cases reported Wednesday, bringing to 122 the total for confirmed cases, according to the state Health Department. Two people have died; two were hospitalized, according to the most recent information released Monday by the county Health Department. Another 38 were quarantined and nine were in isolation.
