The Rockets (12-0) collected 12 steals as a team, and 11 of their players scored, fueling a win that saw them eclipse their season high in points that they had set just 24 hours earlier.

Ben Barnes led all scorers with 25 points, six assists, four rebounds, two steals and two blocks. Tristan Worlock had 22 points, five rebounds and three assists. Gavin Richardson had 20 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals, and Justin Richardson chipped in 10 points.

The Rockets will look to finish an undefeated season today at Morrisville-Eaton, their third game in three days.

McGraw 73, Otselic Valley 38

Caleb Smith capped off his high school career with a career high and McGraw school record 45 points on 60 percent shooting to go with 12 rebounds and six assists as part of the Eagles’ season-ending win.

Smith’s performance put him at 933 career points in a McGraw uniform, and his coach Derek Allen said he would have easily eclipsed 1,000 if it weren’t for the pandemic- shortened season.

“Caleb had a great performance tonight and he did it without forcing the action as well,” Allen said. “His teammates were looking to get him the ball to finish out his career and he just made the open shots and finished around the rim. He’s got the mentality that nobody will stop him and tonight
he showed that. I really wish the season was another two weeks longer because we as a team have really been clicking the last couple of weeks.”

Weedsport 71, Homer 45

Weedsport had four players in double figures, including Sarah Carroll and Emma Stark with 15 points each.
